Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Bridal undergarments
- Sale items marked as “final sale”
- Personalized or made-to-order items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Pack your return – Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this has been completed.

Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same return process above and specify in your email that you would like an exchange. We will ship the replacement item once the original item is received at our warehouse.
If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
